This place is conveniently situated close to Museum der Wahrnehmung and the clock tower, with a restaurant nearby, and parking available for guests.

We were very happy in the beginning, but then the internet connection did not work and the air conditioning broke down and we had to leave early. Otherwise, people were very helpful and nice.

The fact that you charge for parking. If I stay at the hotel there should be no extra charge for parking. I am there on vacation and do not need this extra cost.

The staff at Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I had an issue with my bed moving, they immediately assisted me in fixing it. Additionally, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to the city center and convenient parking options. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

I didnt like the recetionist that went into our room when we where out of the hotel in the afternoon. There where no reason for her to go into the room since we just came that day and we didn call here to come and do anything. I realized that when she asked me later after we get back from the city walk if we found her card for the door of our room becouse she lost it (I went back to front desk after we got back to our room from walk to ask for something). It was a shocker for us that she went there with no reason.

I was really impressed with this place! The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They spoke English fluently and even upgraded my room. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city center and beautiful department stores nearby. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with great pillows and amenities like a mini-bar and in-room safe. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!
